Delivery:

All orders are sent using standard Royal Mail post. Most items will be delivered within 2 - 5 days,

and all orders will be processed within 1-2 days. If items will take longer than that to deliver then the customer will be informed by Violet Pickles at time of ordering.

Violet Pickles is unable to offer express next day delivery so please allow time for your order to be delivered.

Returns:

Violet Pickles offers a full refund for returns within 14 days unless personalised.

Please make sure that you enter the correct name(s) or personalised information when ordering as any errors (unless on the part of the seller) cannot be changed once they have been made to order.

How to return a product:

It is essential to please notify Violet Pickles in writing if you wish to cancel your order.

You must NOT destroy or dispose of any item, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with Violet Pickles.

Following such notification and subject to the terms of this policy, Violet Pickles will then issue a refund of your order payment.

Please ensure that you agree with Violet Pickles when and how you will return the goods before the end of the 14-day period. If you believe the goods are faulty, then you must explain this at this time.

You must return the goods appropriately packed to Violet Pickles.

The costs of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.

Please include with the returned goods your contact details, a note stating the reason for return and specify any exchange you wish to make to replace the returned item.

Please obtain proof of postage.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, as long

as you have followed all of the procedures and time frames above, conditional upon stock availability.

Refunds will be made to your credit or debit card only.
