Is it possible to alter the text or image of your designs?

YES!!! I am always happy to alter the wording of the text on ANY design. I am also able to easily alter the colours of most my designs. Changing the image design however is a bit more time consuming, but if I have the time I am more than happy to do so. Just send me an email or contact me on my ‘contact’ page and I’ll see what I can do.

Do you offer a custom made service?

If you have an event coming up and you can’t quite find the perfect design already on this website, then please do get in touch about getting a custom made quote. I am also able to extend my designs to create ‘Order of Services’, ‘Table Place Cards’, ‘RSVPS’, ‘Menus’ etc etc.

What are the measurements of your cards?

My small cards are 9x11cm approx, and my large cards are 10.5x15cm approx.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders will usually be delivered within 2 – 5 days of ordering.

Do you offer an express delivery service?

Yes you can opt ‘Express Delivery’ at the checkout. Cost is £5.90 and your order will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will ensure your order arrives before 1pm the next day (please note: only orders ordered before 12pm will be dispatched same day by special delivery).

Do you offer International delivery?

Unfortunately Violet Pickles does not offer an international delivery service.

What if my order does not arrive or arrives damaged?

Please get in touch asap. Unfortunately during busy periods or due to

unforeseen bad weather the Royal Mail may experience delays.
